I am trying to review our profile on Jotform. and we have a change in personnel and I no longer receiving reports.
the system did not recognized any of our staff.

I checked for accounts associated with your email address and was unable to find any. I was able to find a couple accounts associated with your IP address though. The usernames are:
naamatusa and jwsinger711
The account "naamatusa" is an upgrade "Premium" account.
