adjust column width in form submission without showing hidden fields

My submission emails print on two pages with only the last question/answer on page 2.  Can the column width be adjusted or the font size on the submission be made smaller without showing the hidden fields?

Unfortunately automatically hiding empty fields in your email notification is only possible using the default unmodified version of your notification.  Once any changes are made, the table is unable to be locked.  Because of this, the empty fields cannot be excluded.
