Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I can see you do have a lot of forms on the account, can you send me the link to your form so I can take a look at it for you? Also can you explain a bit more about the issue so I can get a better idea of what's happening? If you can share a screenshot or a screen recording that would be very helpful. We’ve got a guide here explaining how to do that.
