"Email change request Expired"

I Have tried several times to complete this step, to update/change my email address, and the link to do so expires as soon as it lands in my email inbox. Can someone please change my email from: michaelbush@northwestforatercare.com to Michael.b@turmont.net? Because I am NOT being allowed to under the current protocols of Jotform, and it is very frustrating.
