Retrieve Previously Entered Information Base On A Dropdown Menu Selection

I want to fill out a form with the possibility that the next time when filling out the form I have the option to have it again automatically with just 1 word from a drop down list.

I am not exactly clear on what it is that you would like to accomplish with your form. If I am not mistaken, you would like to fill out a form and have the option to retrieve previously entered information by selecting an option from a drop down menu.

Sorry to say but the only options that we have that will automatically retrieve previously entered information to a form would be our Auto Fill Feature and Save Form to Continue Later . Would you like to trigger its function base on a drop down menu selection? Do spare some more information so we can assist further.
