Adobe FormsCentral -Can submissions be downloaded in spreadsheet format?Asked by Chris Gehringer on January 27, 2015 at 09:40 AM
I am working for the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and we're looking for a solution that has these two requirements for an online application they are looking to build. Please let me know if you can meet our requirements (below). We were using Adobe FormsCentral where our downloaded PDF document had a submit button, but since the form was a PDF it could be printed. We had a 12 page application (all but one of the pages was text, and one page had fields to be filled in).
1. Online form submits data that can be downloaded via spreadsheet.2. After the user submits the form the user has the ability to print the completed form (not just the values, but the entire form including any paragraphs of text that has been added as form questions / text blocks). For us we want the user to print the entire application packet, which includes one 'page' of form values.3. The user does not need to create an account on your platform. We'll have 150 applicants and we don't want to bother them with creating an account since our form is just 20 to 30 questions they can fill in quite easily.
Yes you can download your form's submissions in Excel, CSV and PDF formats:
In addition you can create reports in several formats:
If you want it is also possible to integrate with Google Spreadsheet so you can access it anytime, anywhere and with constant updated.
I moved your 2nd and 3rd question to new threads as we aim at having only one question per thread:
Let us know if we can assist you further.
