All conditions and email alerts disappeared from form.

I became quickly frustrated when I temporarily disabled my form and quickly found out that ALL of my conditions disappeared as did my email notifications and auto responders.

Why would this happen?

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

Please let us know with which form you are having this issue with. I did check your last edited form and found that it does have 4 conditions and 3 email alerts. Please check the screenshot below:

Are you still missing some conditions and email alerts? I am not sure what has caused this issue but I did check your form's "Revision History" and found that you have made 27 updates today in your form. You can take advantage of "Revision History" feature to revert your form back to an earlier version.
