    Hello,

i have this message on my page form:

    Form over quota
This form has exceeded its allocated quota.

Does this means i have to delete some of the forms receive to get more available space to keep my free account? I do not get more than 100 forms a months. So i suppose that now my account has more than 100megs of information si i have to delete some?

    Hello csssm,

    Yes your understanding is correct.

Upon checking your account, I found that you have exceeded the allowed submission limit and that is the reason why your account is currently over quota. In free account, you can only receive up to 100 MB of upload space but you have already received 102.02 MB of uploads.

I have activated your account for now. Please ensure that you delete few submission records which has file attachments. Please be noted that deleting a submission record will also delete the attached file as well resulting in freeing up your upload storage space.

    Thank you!
