Since a couple of days ago, I can't see the field names on my form. I placed it on www.bricoski.com/contactar and https://www.facebook.com/Bricoski/app_684336108254110?ref=page_internal. SAt first sight looks fine, but when I click on the languages flags the fields to be filled are in blank, no data. Before used to work well. Why does it happend?

I do apologize for the issue that you are experiencing with your form.
After reviewing your form, I am seeing that you have not offered translations on your form within the Languages window:
I cloned your form and placed the translation within the languages window. The form no longer experienced the issue.
You can view the cloned form here: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50265142820951?
You can clone the form to your account.
I hope this helps, please inform us if you need further assistance.

Sorry, but I don’t notice any change. I see the same that I saw before in the form that you created and on the websites that I mentioned. Before contacting you I checked the translations and they were all fine, the same as now. I don’t see any errors.
I even cloned the form, but no difference :-(

Upon checking your website, I believe this is a conflict with the styling of the form itself and your website. I see that you embedded your form using the default embed code. To avoid code conflicts, we advise that you use the iFrame code instead.
The see the problem in Firefox but not in Chrome and IE.
To get the iFrame code you can follow the screenshot below or follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
Make sure also that you only paste the codes wrapped in <iframe> tags, not need for the <script> code.
Here's an example of mine. When I copy my iFrame, here's what I get. I only need the code wrapped in <iframe> (which is the blue highlighted one), just remove the <script> (which is the pink highlighted one).
<iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotformpro.com/form/50268844589975" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:636px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>
Paste code to your website. That should work.

I’ve pasted: <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://secure.jotformeu.com/form/50106053788353" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1600px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>
But no changes. The problem is when I try to see it in Catalan language.

I believe the problem is that you do not have an English translation in your Form languages. It would be better to have all the fields in the default English language then have the form translation setup, after you setup the languages available make the default one you prefer, let's say Catalan, but don't remove the English.
So what you need to do is make all the form field English by default.
On the other hand, I'll still escalate this to our developers so that they can take a closer look at the language setting of the form builder. We'll let you know if there's any news update this.
Apologies for the inconvenience.

I believe I din't do exactly what you said (I wasn't sure if understood correctly), but I am checking this right now and so far it looks fine.
What I did it was to click on: Preferences/Advanced settings/Edit form languages/Options/Detect user browser/Spanish (There were only four languages options: English, Spanish, Croatian and another). Then I clicked to edit the form in Catalan because all the fields were in Spanish on the Spanish tab, but for the Catalan language they were all in Spanish except the one for the field name. So I translate all of them into Catalan ( I didn't change anything into English) and work ok, but when I went back to edit the form in Catalan to see if there was any changes, I got back those exclamation remarks. I didn't do anytthing else. It seems it's ok now...
I also change the language user settings account into English and back into Spanish (I guess that probably didn't change anything).
Thanks and regards,

I had to edit back the form in Catalan becuase an ortography mistake :0 and after that the html text that says "Envía tus datos y clica en Me gusa de www.facebook.com/Bricoski ¡Buena suerte" is in Spanish. I did translate it and save, but still in Spanish. I can't find a way to fixe it. I also created a form in English (despite I don't want to have it in 3 languages) and I set it as a default language form, but nothing changed. So I removed it.
Please, help me out.. It's urgent..

Apologies for the inconvenience, I'll notify Nicholas again on this, I've cloned your form for testing purposes and I'm still having problems on the language settings of it.
We'll let you know immediately when we hear any news.

The translations problem was fixed, except for the third module where it says: "Envía tus datos y clica en Me gusta de www.facebook.com/Bricoski ¡Buena suerte" which is in Spanish but it should be translated into Catalan. It seems the save button after the translation is done doesn't work. I also have problems to see the Facebook Like button on Firefox (on Safari is ok). I guess the translations is a different issue.

Can you confirm that you have re-created the translation to on your form. This should resolve the issue that you are experiencing?
We do ask that you place each inquiry in a new thread. Your issue regarding your Facebook Like button has been addressed in a different thread: http://www.jotform.com/answers/511050-Facebook-Like-Button-disappeared#1
- RosaAnswered on February 11, 2015 at 06:07 AM
Yes, I did, but it's not solved. As you can see the translation problem is only for an specific part of the form.
- CharlieAnswered on February 11, 2015 at 08:42 AM
I cloned your form and I was able to recreate the problem, the text in the "Text" field cannot be translated or the translation cannot be saved.
I'll re-open the ticket for this and update our developers regarding this so that they can take a closer look.
