Can I embed a YouTube video into our thank you note?

    I would like to embed a short video into our thank you note for our subscribers to learn more about what we do. Is there a way to do this? Thanks!

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, it's not possible because the iframe codes or the embed codes for the video will be stripped off.

    A workaround would be to create your own thank you page in your website and put the video there and redirect users using Thank you URL method: http://www.jotform.com/help/38-Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page.
