My web master can log on to my account, but I am not able to log on from my computer. Also, I have not been receiving all of the forms via email., so I have to contact my web master, so she an see if they have been received, and then forward them to me. No consistency with this.. sometimes they show up, sometimes they don't.

I checked your jotform account/username kypovan
but I did not find any issue with it. It is currently Active and in good standing.
Can you please provide us more details why you cannot login?
Was there any error messages during login? Make sure you are providing the correct login password.
If you have forgotten the password, you can also reset it using the 'Forgot Password' link in the login page at https://www.jotform.com/login
Please inform us if there are still issue.
