    i accidentally deleted a form - can i recover it?

    I see your account is empty, however, there are several forms shared with you from account Fmccoc

    A possible solution to restore the form, would be to have the user of that account to go to the Trash folder, select the form and click on Restore.

    IMPORTANT: Please have in mind that if the form was purged from the Trash folder, you cannot retrieve it anymore.
