Moving Form Fields Bounces?

I like this system but I just can figure out why when I move things around like Name, Address, Phone, that it keeps bouncing and I constantly have to rearrange.  It makes creating the simplest form so painstakingly time consuming.  Is there anyway to fix that issue?

I'm not sure if I understood your concern completely, is it like while dragging the form fields it keeps getting lost or misplaced on some parts? You try re-arranging the form by right clicking on it and moving them using the Move Up and Move Down options.

1. Move using the "Move Up" and "Move Down" button.

2. Clicking a field where you want to put another field next to it.

You may also try using other browsers, but I believe there might only be a just a few change in the user experience. I was thinking if we could suggest shortcut or hot keys for the form builder to give a more faster work flow on building forms. For now, I hope this helps.
