[Spacer Widget] Form is handing on submission

How do we get a form that did link to another page to link again?

We have a form that is the last form in our paperwork packet that use to link to another page http://www.jotform.us/form/41394875570161 and now it will not.  When you get to the "KOC" form and fill it out and then click next it will just sit there and say "Please Wait".  We have attempted to recreate the form and relink and have not had much success.  If there is any information that you can give us to fix the problem so that we may redirect people and the form will actually move forward then that would be great.  Please let us know if you need any other information to help fix the issue.  Everything has been working fine up until the end of December and all of the sudden the form quit linking to the next.

We are sorry for the inconveniences caused.

The issue is caused by the Spacer widgets on your form #41384855362157. The form cannot be submitted due to a bug caused by the Spacer widgets. In order to fix this, please remove all the Spacer widgets from your form.

Then, you can add the Spacer widgets back. The new Spacer widget is not affected by submission bug.
