How to have forms that contains a reference data from another formAsked by Alex Oh on January 28, 2015 at 05:21 PM
I am looking to create an application with the usual information (name, address, etc). but hoping to integrate a reference form as a part of the application. I was wondering if it is possible to link the reference form somehow to the applicant, where if someone fills out a reference form, it gets attached to the applicants file?
You will need at least 2 forms to achieve the requirement.
The 1st form (Reference form) will be submitted, and then there will be an email that will be sent to the user where they will used the Application form.
In the email, you can attached a link to the Reference submission data/file.
Then, on the same email you can add the link to the Application form, wherein there is a hidden field that contains the link of the Reference Data.
When the Application form is submitted, it should be having the attached reference file.
Inform me if you are not able to get the concept and I'll be glad to create a demo form that does this.

Thank you for your quick response!
Unfortunately I can't seem to grasp the concept. Would you create a demo for this?

Provide your email address to be able to received the email where there is a link to the Reference form. When the reference form is loaded, some of the Reference input form the previous form should be populated to the new form.
