Hi,
That would be the notification setup in your form's "Email" setting.
To edit that you can follow the screenshot below.
1. Log in to your account, choose the form that you want to edit. Inside the form builder click the "Emails" in the toolbar.
2. Inside the "Compose Email" window, you can completely change the email content and design it. To add the values of the form fields, you just need to click the fields at the right side.
3. Inside the "Sender and Recipient Details", make sure you fill out or setup correctly all the necessary fields to avoid email problems.
