Not receiving email notifications

    my emails are not coming through from website, i think maybe my email address is on your bounce./reject list.

    could somebody please check for me?

    You are right, your email was in our bounce list:

    Reason(s) : soft-bounce

    I removed it. You can follow this guide on how to check and remove the email from bounce list:

    Ok but for some reason they are still not coming through, would there be any other reason,they were coming through until November but now they are not and I have not amended any other details, could you maybe advise me on what else to check as this is affecting my business.

    Are you referring to this form

    As of checking, this form does not have email notifications so that's maybe the reason why you are not receiving anything from it. That might due to your last update made last October 15 last year, according to your account history.

    I would suggest to create one notification on your form, this should sort this issue out.

    my contact us form I am not currently using, however my reservation form the notification is set up, but is not coming through still, even the test page came through as "undefined" which I have no idea what this means whether it's the form, my website link or my email hosting.

    I am hoping you can help me resolve this issue, as like I say they were coming through until End October no problem then I appeared to have gone on the bounce list and now it's not working again.
