Can I provide a receipt to the submitted with a custom message and the data they have entered?

You could do this in two ways:

1) In a Custom Thank You message after submission:

a. Take a look at the toolbar at the top of the Form Builder once you enter the jotform to edit it.

b. Click the "Thank You" button with a huge smile.

c. Choose "Thank You message".

d) There you will see the variables of the fields the user will fill out, you just need to add them according to your message:
