    Consistently not getting submission notices

    I posted about this previously, but this issue is still ongoing. I recently received several submissions for which I never received a notice, and only noticed they came in because I checked my main JotForm page. On our end, we checked to make sure the incoming domain was not being blocked by our firewall (it wasn't) and there is no record of it being received by our servers at all. 

    Any input as to what could be causing this? At the time of my original post, it was just after the Great JotForm Meltdown of Sept. 2011, so you guys attributed it to a temporary service you were using for mail. I'm concerned, however, that it's still an ongoing issue.

    First off, we are sorry for any troubles caused by this issue. Have you checked your Spam/Bulk/Junk mail folder for the missing emails? If you still can't find them there, please try adding these ip address to your server's email whitelist:

    174.34.57.214
    174.34.57.216
    174.34.57.218
    174.34.57.219
    208.117.50.251

    If all else fails, try Aytekin's suggestion on the last thread you opened. That is, to use a Gmail address as the recipient, then configure that Gmail account to have JotForm emails forwarded to your original recipient address.
