I've built the form and my DropBox account says it's connected but the file I upload only goes to Jotform and not to Dropbox. Am I suppose to change settings in the form builder somewhere?

To do that Larry, I would recommend following the steps here: Upload to Dropbox with JotForm it will show you how to connect the DropBox, but if you have any questions or issues, just let us know and we will help you sort them out :)
