After changing my password, my account is now suspended? Can someone help rectify this issue? I will be having a event soon and i will need to access the database

Thanks for waiting. We were informed that the account (firstname.lastname@example.org) has been reactivated and now you'll be able to log in to your account. I also cleared the form cache to make sure everything is accessible.
