Hi - We are using a jotform and have two specific users who when hitting submit the button changes to please wait and stops there. No email form is sent as it should and a new page does not render. We have dozens of other users who it works fine for. All users are using Chrome as their browser. The form is linked below.

I cloned your form and tested it. I was able to submit the form successfully. I tried your live form and it is working fine, I was able to submit it as well. I used Chrome and Firefox for testing.
You said that it only happens to 2 users? You also mentioned that they are using Google Chrome right.
It is possible that the issue is within their browser. Can you please ask them to verify if it works using another browser? I also suggest that they clear their browser's cache as well.
