My credit card has been charged for the upgrade however my form is gone and I don't see that my account has been upgraded. Can someone please help me ASAP

Hi,
It appears as though you may have upgraded your account before registering it. This caused the "Guest" account to be upgraded, rather than your current registered account. I applied the subscription to your registered account and checked to make sure your forms were there. I did see two forms, one of which has several submissions.
Are you still missing your forms? Let us know the form ID or a link to the missing ones if possible and we will be happy to help you recover them.
