How To Add Form's Name in Email Title?

    4. How do i get the form title to appear when my submission is sent to me.. its showing the content but not the form name

    Hello russbanner,

    If my assumptions are correct, you would like to know how you can let the name of your form be a part of the notification email subject. This can be achieved through placing {form_title} in the subject line for your form notification. Please note the screenshot below that will demonstrate how to get this done.
