    I can't seem to reproduce the problem. Here's how your form appears on Chrome v40, OSx

    Have you tried clearing your browser's cache? See if that helps.

    If you also have paragraphs or text copied from 3rd party source, I would suggest to paste them first to notepad to clear its HTML formatting before pasting it on the Text Tool.
