Hello hello, I'm sorry if this is a question you get often!
We're using a form for online resume submission and several applicants have said that they are getting error messages that the form submission is over quota. I've tested this out and they are correct. Our account says we have used no secure submissions, we only have 21 non-secure submissions and we have not gone over the storage limit.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Your form is currently under a guest account which has a 20 submissions per month limit. Please register a free account with us, so your limit will be increased from 20 to 100 submissions per month.
Use the same email address during registration, and your form will be automatically moved to the registered account.
