    Meine Formulare sind in my Forms nicht mehr ersichtlich

    Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren

     

    Ich habe über den Magix Webdesigner 10 premium eine neue Homepage erstellt. Dabei habe ich ein Kontaktformular

    und ein Anmeldeformular eingebunden (Hergestellt über Jotform).

    Die Formulare funktioneren gut, aber wenn ich etwas abändern will, finde ich die Formulare nicht mehr auf Ihrer

    Homepage - die Formulare waren bei Ihnen immer unter "my Forms" gespeichert und nun sind sie plötzlich weg und

    ich habe keinen Zugriff mehr auf meine Formulare - was ist da passiert?

    I see that you have 2 guest accounts with us, which is the reason why this happened.

    Do note that guest accounts are only showing you their jotforms and submissions for as long as you have its cookies. Once they are removed, it seems that everything is removed, but it is not.

    To fix this, please create an account with us which will set you up with a free plan and should automatically transfer the jotforms to the new account, but if it does not, we will be happy to do that
