App Access and tracking

Hi. I am using your Goal Tracker App Template: https://www.jotform.com/app/build/231035228102137 to create a tracker for the members of my online community to track their goals. I downloaded the app to test it and found that after I filled out the form: https://www.jotform.com/build/231035245378050 and then wanted to go to the table: https://www.jotform.com/tables/231035245378050 that it required me to login to the account. Neither the Facebook, Google, or Email login allows me to set up an account without requesting access permission. This is a free app we are creating and do not want that requirement.

Secondly, will the Table only show them the things they are tracking? Or will it show them what everyone is tracking who is using the app? We only want them to see their stuff. On our end (the company), we want to be able to run reports on what everyone is tracking.

    Hopefully that all makes sense.

    Thanks!

    Hi Scot,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you opened the app on your mobile device using the downloaded QR code, it will require you to log into an existing account in order to access the app. Currently, this is how the QR code works. This means that if you share the app's QR code to access it, they must log in to their existing Jotform account in order to load the app. Or you can simply share the link to the app with the respondents. That will not require any login details at all.

Unfortunately, the data would also display other people's submissions.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
