    My IP Was Blocked, Can You Unblock My IP?

    Hi;

    Recently I have faced completely a new problem with JotForm. When I am tring to access internet using 223.223.136.247 this IP address then a massage comes

    "Hold it right there! Looks like your IP address has been banned because of a possible phishing attempt. If you believe that there is a mistake, let us know using the form below."

    I do not know why it is happening and you can check my account. I basically use Jotform as Website designer as well as online form builder. I have started to use it for my educational institute. my institute is not too large, it just started. So, now I am using free plan. You can check my website http://www.jotform.me/bkp.success/14 here.

    Here you can see how I am using your service. It is completely an honest try, thinking maintaining all terms and conditions of your service. I have not faced this type of problem previously. Please help me. I am feeling helpless.

    I am requesting you to please reactivate this IP address if possible. At the same time my this form http://www.jotform.me/brssiedu1/23072002 is also blocked.

    Please inform me why this problem is arising. I have given a lot of time to design those forms. Please help me.

    Hi Sean;

    Thank you for replying. Please unblock my IP, I am unable to access jotform by using it. 

    If there are some reasons for which my IP is blocked please inform me the reasons for future purpose. I think it may be due to more numbers of login logout into jotform, because on that day I spend whole day for editing my forms.

    therefore I shall be very grateful to you if you kindly help me to solve this problem and unblock my IP.

    Thank you for your patience. I did some checks on your forms as well as your accounts. It appears that you are hosting an entire website on our server (http://www.jotform.me/bkp.success/14) under one account and using other accounts to store log in information to facilitate the sign in feature among other features for that website.

    I understand that you like to use our services but you cannot host an entire website on our server. What I can recommend is using a hosting company to host your website and use our services to create forms to support your website. I am afraid that I am not able to unblock your IP address because this can be considered as misuse of our resources. If you would like to continue using our services I am afraid you would have to refrain from hosting your website on our server.

    I have taken the initiative to locate a 2015 review for all the top hosting services available. You can reference this link for more details. I hope you understand and follow through with the information provided. Thank you for using our services.

    In my colleague, you are welcome.

    I would however recommend that you send an email to support@jotform.com with the list of all accounts that you are utilizing to create the website and to remove any fields that are collecting username and password from your jotforms before doing so.

    We will then place under a consideration to have your IP whitelisted and leave your accounts active, otherwise your accounts might be suspended as well.

    Thank you Ben. Actually there is a little misunderstanding. The form used by me it looks like a login form but  http://www.jotform.me/brssi_exam/Login and http://www.jotform.me/members1/Login this two form do not have any PASSWORD OR USER ID field. It only just a normal form which uses "The THANK YOU PAGE REDIRECT URL and CONDITIONS" and nothing else. This Student Id or Member Id is just like a Authorization Code.

    And except bkp.success account every account has atleast one online form which collects Student/user Feedback, sugession, Comment ( http://www.jotform.me/brssi_chat/Forum_chat ). My institute is just started its journey and it is too small so, recently I used free plane. 

    As I told before that I respect your colleague suggestion, but I like jotform very much because for healthy jot support and daily developed jotform online form builder. I think I shall not get it any where.

    I did see that they were not password fields, but since my colleague might have found another jotform with those, I would like to ask you to give us a list of usernames associated with your account so that we can check all of them and will whitelist your account if everything seems OK.

    From what I can see in the URLs above:

    Are there any other ones?

    We will check the accounts you name and the IPs associated with them and if no forms are breaking the terms of use, we will whitelist your account.

    Ok. I understand, Please delete all the above mentioned account from JOTFORM which is suspected by you and Please unblock my IP, Because today 3rd Feb my IP is blocked by jotform. I am unable to use it.

    Ip address is 223.223.138.2, Please delete all accounts and allow me to use Jotform as a form builder from this IP
