Exceed Submission limits email

    I need my form to take in more submissions - 100 per month if correct however I am getting emails saying I am nearly out. I have only used about 15! What the hell is going on. I have already sent a support email before and yet to hear back please let me know. Thanks you!

    I just checked your jotform account  abmiller444

    and I can see that is currently Active and in good standing.

    The submission count as of this time is at 3 (SSL submissions)

    The monthly reset must have set in already and have now properly reset back to zero(0) of the limits.

    You can see your current account submissions count in the profile image when login at https://www.jotform.com/login

    Most likely, the email alert you received before was for the reason you already exceeded your account SSL submission limit.
