great great site. I put everything together so easily, including adding in a payment section on my form with my Paypal account.
When I post it on my site, however, the Paypal section isn't coming up. Is there something else I need to know?
You can see what I'm talking about on my site here: http://www.SavorYourExistence.com
click on Make An Appointment, click the blue link and scroll down---the Paypal/payment option doesn't show up on my form.

Did you save your form after you added the payment feature? and if that does not work add an IFRAME code.

Thank you for your message. I was able to replicate the issue when I do not select an item to purchase. However, if I check at least one of the two items, I was redirected to the Paypal payment page as shown below:
If it is required for your customers to purchase an item, we suggest that you make the "Initial Health Consult" a required field so that the form will not be submitted if there is no item checked.
Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. Thank you for using JotForm!
