I'm trying to print one of my forms, and it's going to the print page, but failing to load the form in the print preview, and therefore not picking anything up to print.
How can I get around this issue, please?

I have discovered that this issue is only when you select the form by clicking on the preview from the 'inbox' button to the side of the form next to the 'Edit Form' button. Clicking the 'Print' Icon doesn't work.
If you click on 'Submissions', then it allows you to print / save the form as normal.

May I know what you are printing? Are you printing the form itself without the submission values? Like a PDF copy of it?
I was able to do a print preview using the "View Form" found under the "More" option in my "My Forms".
The problem might be in your web browser, it might be blocking pop-ups from our website that's why it's not loading in your end. At first my Chrome blocks the pop up then I allowed it. May I know what browser are you using?
You could also try using the "Print" button found in your form instead. Here's our guide on that: http://www.jotform.com/help/24-Print-Button-on-Forms.
Do let us know if this helps.
