Optional section of form

    Hello,

On my form, I have an optional 'message to the recipient' spot, but the problem is, for some reason, people are unable to click on that spot to type in it.  They have to go to the field before it and then hit 'tab' in order to enter into the optional area.  How can we fix this?

To see what I mean, go to www.happyglitterbomb.com and trying clicking on the optional section of our form and you will see that it won't let you type in it.  But, if you click on the 'country' part of the form and then hit tab, you will see that you can enter into the optional part of the form.

    Thank you for your help!

    Hi,

I checked your form and it appears as though the standalone version is working properly.  This leads me to believe that something within your page is conflicting with your form.  My recommendation would be to use the iFrame embed method:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

This will insulate your form from the rest of your webpage and allow for it to function as it does in the non-embedded version.

If this still does not allow for your form to function properly within your page, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
