Im having issues with the Paypal section of my form.

    Can you provide us with more information regarding the issue that you are having regarding your PayPal field?

    Are users getting an error message when submitting the form, if so could you provide us with the error message?

    Im sorry unfortunately I don't have the exact error message?  Ive had several users report back to me saying its not letting them enter they're credit card info. I also noticed that I have several repeated submissions from users re-enterting in they're credit card info. Thanks

    Hi KessCollective,

    After reviewing your form on your website, I am seeing that there are time when the credit card field is not loaded when it has been selected. Refreshing the page does resolve the issue, as such it works at times and at other times it doesn't.

    This issue however does not occur on our direct form, as such it appears that there is some conflict on your webpage that is causing this issue.

    Please embed your form using the iFrame method, this will resolve any conflict issues.
