    1)  If we use SSL, could we get submitters to include their credit card info on the enrollments our users submit for our accounting program?   We plan to process participants credit cards off line.

    2)  Most months we only get 1 or 2 enrollments per month so your free account which we now have suffices.  For two months per year we anticipate about 11 or 12 enrollments.  Could we sign up for the $9.95 package as those months approach and switch back to the "free" for the other months?

    3)  Jotform is a great service and we really appreciate it.  It would be great if we could speak on the phone to a sales agent when we sign up to go over 10 submissions per month.

    Hi,

    Submission data is stored on our servers in plain text.  Though we do allow for the collection of credit card numbers, we strongly advice against it.  If you do decide to proceed, here is our guide on how to secure your data:

    You can upgrade and downgrade your account any time your wish without issue.  You will not lose any of submission data or form functionality.
