2-Part Purchase Order Form

    I would like to have page 1 of this order form go to a certain recipient and then after their authorization submit the complete form to the email identified in a field on the form.


    I have seen some threads in the forum but the link examples are no longer valid.

    If I understand correctly, you want to send the first part of your form to be approved and then fill out the PO LCCL# that is shown on Page 2 when that part is approved, is that correct?

    If so, unfortunately this is not possible since the email notification is triggered only when the form is submitted. So, in order to do this you would need to split this process in 2 forms: the first form for Page 1 and the second one for Page 2. Then you can combine the submissions of both forms to have everything together.

    Another option would be to hide the PO LCCL# field in your form, and provide an "Edit Link" on the email notification that is sent to the approver which allows him/her to edit the form and add the PO number once is generated.
