Incorrect positioning of the form thank you message

When someone submits a form on my website, the thank you message appears to the far right of the form box and is cut off. How do I fix that?

Please provide us with the form link/id in question. Also, if this is happening with embedded form, we will need a link to the web page in order to test this further.
