Hi,
You can set up your forms to send to as many different email addresses as you would like. You can change where the notification is sent while editing your form. Here is our guide on how to do so:
http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
You do not need to make different accounts. Just edit the notifications for each one of you forms.
Keep in mind that the test email will always be sent to the default address associated with your account. To test addresses other than the default you will need to send an actual submission through your form.
Let us know if you have any further questions and we will be happy to help.
