I've created a fillable form to receive complaints from the general public. I can place a link to this form within my public website in the standard Jotform link style : http://www.jotformpro.com/form/32894189507972 and the link works nicely.
If I wanted to advertise this link I'd rather do it with an easy domain name/URL combo instead of the official Jotform link. The current link is too difficult to have people remember it.
For example, could I create/register a domain name or a link within my corporate website such as http://LGAcomplaints.ca and then have this linked to the Jotform form?
My corporate website is http://lgamanitoba.ca

To confirm, you would like to know if it is possible to give your form a custom domain?
If that is the case, yes this can be done using DNS. You can view our guide on how to use a custom domain: http://www.jotform.com/help/144-How-to-use-Custom-Domains-with-Jotform
There is also the option to create a custom URL for your form: http://www.jotform.com/help/261-How-to-create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-form
I hope this helps, please inform us if you need further assistance.
