For some reason these forms are not sent to my address.
I can see submissions here in the list but it was not sent to my email account

I checked your form and the notification does indeed look like it is setup correctly. So I checked our logs for your email address and it appears as though the notifications were failing for a bit but are now being sent:
I am unsure if you have corrected something on your own or if another support member assisted you already, but it looks like your notifications are working again. Let us know if you are still not receiving your notifications and we will be happy to have another look.
