Please let us know the form ID/Link in question so we can check it. There's should be no problem when using the direct link. If there's a bug, we can submit it to our developers so they can fix it.

I have not had the problem using Firefox or Chrome latest versions as of today, but we get complaints about this from about 10% of the submitters.

I have checked the form in Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Internet Explorer, but I was not able to reproduce any issues with the Date Picker.
If the issue is happening on some specific version of operation system or browser, please let us know.
There is also an option to not show the Calendar Popup, it can be enabled via the field properties, so you might consider trying it on your form.
