Form widths spread to width of form

I cloned a form, played with line settings, then put it back, but now my fields are spread across the width of the form.  There is another forum link to this topic, but when I click on it, JotForm just goes into an endless retrieve loop.

Any idea what setting I changed and didn't fix?

I can see the name and address fields are not neatly arranged next to each other, but they seem to take the whole length across - 

Is that what you might be referring to? 

If it is, you can reverse that by unchecking the "Make this form Responsive" setting from the form designer:
