I imported my Adobe Central forms, but your system has not emailed me my account password, how can I retrieve it?

    When I use your password retrieval tool, I still get no emails.

    I got the emails saying my form was imported, but nothing with my account details.

    I see that the account is automatically created and imported the forms to JotForm account registered with your email address. I've requested the password reset on your behalf with your email address. You'ld be receiving the link with the password reset link. Please click on that link and reset your password. You can then login into your account by using the email address and the reset password.

    Since the username is autogenerated, it seems to be long and if you want to change your username please provide us with your required username. We'll be happy to change the username for you so that you can also use the username instead of email address to login.
