How long are forms stored in your system?

Can I please have some help with the following:

    1. How long does each form stay in the system? Will it store them forever if they are deleted?

    2. Can I batch download form responses?

    3. What will happen if the data space is exceeded? Will the forms shut down? Would we get a warning when it gets to 50% .. 75%?

    4. How many people can be logged into the same account?

Thank you in advance. I look forward to your quick response.

Since we can only help you with one issue or question per thread I have moved some of your questions to new threads John.

The question about download submissions in a batch can be seen here:

The question about the allocated space can be seen here:

The question about the having multiple people logged into the same account in same time can be found here:

Now in regards to your question about the lifespan of forms (jotforms as we call them), please note that we will not remove any jotform from your account (unless it is breaking our terms of use) and as such they can stay in your account for as long as you want it.

Now when it comes to deleted jotforms, they are moved to Trash as soon as you click on delete, so that you can restore them if needed, but they will be removed from the Trash automatically after some time (30 days at this moment).

You can also Purge them from the trash right away which would mean that the jotform has been permanently removed from our system - no way of getting it back (which is why we have Trash folder).

Do let us know if you have any further questions and we would be happy to assist.
