How do you count number of submissions?

Hi, I signed up with a free account that puts a limit of 100 submissions.  Is this a monthly or yearly count? I also see that the next plan includes 1000 submissions. If you go past 100 but below 1000, how do you charge?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

All of our submission limits are on a per month basis.  This limit resets on the 1st of each month, regardless of sign up date.  Subscription plans are also charged on a per month basis.  For "Free" accounts, we allow for 100 regular submissions or 10 payment/SSL based submissions.  For all other packages, the total allowable monthly submissions are for all types.  So "Premium" could have 1000 Payments or SSL or regular submissions.

If you go past the monthly limit for any type of account, you will have a few days to upgrade before your forms are disabled.  They will be enabled once again at the beginning of the next month should you choose not to upgrade.

Let us know if you have any further questions and we will be happy to help.
