    Next Step Button Not Working

    We are having reports of the next stage button not working. Sometimes when you refresh the page it does work but most of the time it doesn't - and no customer in their right mind is going to refresh, they will just exit. Can you tell me why this isn't working well?

    Hi 99clarkj,

    I do apologize for the issue that you are experiencing with your form.

    I was not able to replicate the issue of the "Next" button now working. I tested the first page of your form, refreshed a few times and did not experience this issue.

    Can you confirm if you are still experiencing an issue?

    I'm having the same issue.

    Sometimes it works, sometimes it needs a refresh, and at the the moment it doesn't matter how many times i refresh it wont work.

    The back button is also there in the first page, which doesn't make any sense.
