What happens after I reach the 100 submission limit?

Asked by departamentoengeselll on October 15, 2011 at 08:21 PM

What happens after I reach the 100 submission limit? Do I still get submissions and older are deleted automatically, or I just stop receiving submissions because the account is exceeded.?

    Hi there,

Your form will be disabled and your visitors will not be able to submit anything on it. Forms will only be re-enabled once the account limit refreshes, which is on the first day of the following month. If you don't like to wait, you can upgrade your account anytime you wish.

If you have any other concerns or questions, feel free to ask.

    Thank you!

Can I avoid that deleting my actual submissions before reaching 100?

Deleting submissions would not free up the number on your current running submission limit, it has already been counted on the quota. You will have to wait for the succeeding month when the counter limit resets back to 0.
