Where is the information collated from the survey

    I've tested out the entry form and a payment has already been sent to Paypal but the information has not been received on the account, on an email or google drive.

    I checked your submission history and it appears as though the payments were marked as incomplete:

    Usually this means there was an issue with either the user not completing the payment after completing the form or with the payment being accepted by PayPal.
