The form is a scholarship application on the index page of http://www.aauwvalparaiso.org

I would like to have all of the printing (questions & comments) show up on the submissions so that the people reviewing the application will know what they are looking at.  How do I make that happen?

    Hi,

Upon checking your form, it seems that you have setup the form to initially display all the fields ONLY when "Full Name" is filled, but at the same time you are actually hiding the "Full Name" field also, making the form display nothing. Here's the conflicting code that you have.

Both the condition you setup are setup like this, so I would recommend editing it first.

For the question that you have, I'm not sure if I understood you correctly, do you already have "existing" submissions and you want to show specific questions or answers to your "Submissions" page? If that is the case, you can follow the screenshots below, I cloned your form for testing purposes.

    1. Navigate to My Forms, choose the form with submissions and click "Submissions" on menu.

    2. Inside the Submissions page, you can share them publicly, but you can adjust what to display.

I hope this helps. Do let us know if you need more information on this.

    Thank you.
