    Text area fields are displaying symbols instead of apostrophes, on Google Spreadsheet

    My forms are still replacing an apostrophe with a code when going through to Google Sheets as an integration, this time when I'm using a Text Area field. As an example,

    I'm interested in a room, please could you send me more details. Thanks.

    is coming out as.....

    I tested with a new form and also got the symbols replacing the apostrophe but only on the text-area field:
